Unless your project is in access of $1,000.00, all payments are due in full before we may begin work on your project. If your project is in access of $1,000.00, the initial payment of one half (1/2) of the agreed upon price should be made upon request of services. The final payment should be submitted upon receipt of completed website link (this version of your website will not have your official business domain name in it, rather, it will be associated with OGBC for your review and approval process). After you provide us with a reply e-mail indicating your approval of the project, and, the final payment has been received, your official website will be launched with your actual domain name (your domain name will no longer be associated with OGBC). Any unpaid or partially paid work contains "ogbcclientdemo" watermark untill the moment of 100% payment. Completely paid work does not contain any watermarks. The fees of our credit card processor are included in our prices. Development Terms The time required for a work that you can see in a service description is approximate and may vary depending on design complexity and a number of current orders in progress. Authorship Terms When a Client orders website, website template or webpage layout design, it's required to display "OGBC Web Design" text link or small OGBC logo linked with optimumglobalbusinessconnections.com on a title page of his website (at the bottom, usually near copyright text).
